Laura Geller Beauty All About the Lips 6 Piece Collection

A few weeks ago when Laura Geller was on QVC with her fantastic line of makeup, she had a "One Day Only" offer in one of her shows I simply could not pass up. Knowing I enjoy Laura Geller products, especially her lippies, I was not sleeping on the "All About the Lips" 6 piece collection! The good news too is, at the time of me writing the blog post, this kit is still available for a good price that is below retail. Read on for more.

Here is some information about the kit from
"Lavish your lips with a trio of creamy lip pencils paired with color-coordinated glosses in effortlessly wearable shades. Laura Geller's luxurious, long-wearing formulas glide on smooth to define without feathering and drench your lips in soft, brilliant shine--so you're always ready for a kiss or a close-up!

Who is it for: Any skin tone or lip shape. The All About the Lips collection is especially good for people who are looking for the perfect neutral lip shades that stay in place and can be worn matte or high-shine! It's also great for people who would like a more moisturized, smooth lip area.

The lip gloss features the flexible Smart, Flat Paddle Applicator, which distributes the perfect dose of color evenly across the lips.

Color Luster Lip Gloss contains vitamin E and kendi oil, and Pout Perfection Lip Liner contains jojoba extract and vitamin E.

The lippies come housed in an adorable pink makeup case that have elastic to hold them all. There is also plenty of room to include other stuff if you want.

I am a BIG lipstick junkie, but truth be told I have less than ten lip liners in my collection. Between that and having the Color Luster lip gloss in a different shade and knowing how much I enjoy that formula, it just made sense for me to get this kit. The shades all looked gorgeous during the presentation and nude lips are a great go to.

pink cake, sugar cane, rosy tarte

The color luster lip gloss is such a great formula. It does not feel sticky or tacky at all, has incredible shine and also fills in my lip lines, which I am all for! There are no scent to these which is fine, but for some reason I thought the other one I had smelled like vanilla. The doe foot applicator to apply the gloss. These glosses are pretty pigmented, but not completely full pigment- they add a nice amount of color alone on the lips or can be added on top of the liners or lipstick for more color and shine.

nude, tulip, petal
These lip liners are so nice! They do need to be sharpened with a pencil, but that is no biggie. They last on me even through eating and drinking which is nice. They are SUPER pigmented and glide on my lips like butter. I do prefer to add a gloss over them since they are matte. I usually will use the liner to color in my whole lip and then go in with the gloss.

 Pink Cake
"a light, barely there pastel pink shade"
I LOVE this gloss shade. It's quite perfect. My favorite lippie of the six lippies in this kit. I've been reaching for this beautiful pale pink constantly to wear alone or on top of other lippies.

Rosy Tarte
" a vintage, dusty pink shade"
This is more peachy/coraly than rosy on me. It is more warm toned than what I am used to but I still really like it!

Sugar Cane
"a soft pink-nude shade"
The darkest of the three glosses. That being said, it is not a super dark color really at all. It definitely is a pink-nude, and not a pure pink. This is a good option when you want a gloss for night time and aren't sure what to grab. It works with almost anything.

"a soft nude coral shade"
This is such a pretty, light nude liner! I like this shade under a lot of different pink lipsticks to help them last longer.

"a warm pink shade"
Well, this shade is definitely warm. I feel like it looks brownish pink. Heavy on the brown, not so much on the pink. Not my favorite. I don't often reach for these kind of colors to be honest.

"a light rosebud pink shade"
Such a GORGEOUS pink! This is so me! My favorite of the three links. Cool toned pink. Happy Diane. Love this one.

By the way, my lashes in these pictures are thanks to Laura Geller's Lash Boss mascara! That mascara is my HOLY GRAIL!! It's incredible!!!
