Sunday Riley Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream

I've been using Sunday Riley's Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream for a little over a month now. I wanted to give it time to work and see what it could do before giving my thoughts on it. Already a big fan of Sunday Riley skincare, I had high hopes for this eye cream! Continue reading for thoughts.

Here is some information on the product from Sephora.com:
"Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream instantly gives a brighter, lifted look, while reducing the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. Caffeine and Brazilian ginseng root extract rapidly reduce the appearance of puffiness and dark circles, energizing tired-looking eyes. Concentrated horse chestnut and acamella oleracea extracts smooth the appearance of crow's feet and fine lines while giving an instantly lifted look. Antioxidant-rich lutein provides a radiant glow to the fragile skin around the eye. Cocoa and shea butter plump the skin with moisture, as watermelon rind extract and sodium PCA infuse hydration into the skin. Eyes look fresher, younger, depuffed, and more rested for immediate and noticeable results. This product is cruelty-free and formulated without gluten and fragrance."

My eye area is the worst on my face. I have the darkest circles ever, thanks to genetics, and since hitting my 30s, fine lines decided to pop up uninvited and join that party, too. I have high hopes in eye creams. I've been using them since my teens but none ever make a difference for the color of my dark circles.

I've been using the Auto Correct Eye Cream twice a day every single day. I love the pump component, of course. You need so little product at a time- not even half a pump! The bottle is going to last a nice long while, as most Sunday Riley stuff seems to last for me. I gently tap the eye cream in with my middle or ring finger all around my eye area, even my lids. The cream does not bother my sensitive eyes at all.

My dark circles are still dark. This is an eye cream, not a miracle. Since they're genetic, nothing will ever vanish them completely. But when I apply the cream, I do think there are light reflecting particles or something inside that makes them appear slightly less dark. I'll take it!

The Auto Correct Eye Cream does do a nice job at leaving my eye area well moisturized and nourished, especially with the cold, dry winter where this area of my face and feel tight if I don't take care of it properly.

Most noticeably for me are the fine lines! As soon as I compared my "before" and "after" I noticed right away the crow's feet and pesky fine lines under my eyeballs seemed to have lessened a bit! I'm all for it! I'm hoping continued use will make them vanish even more.

I didn't realize my "Day 1" pic is as blurry as it was until I went to upload it. Sorry about that.

Overall, I'm really enjoying Sunday Riley's Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream after a month's use and look forward to seeing what continued use will do for my eye area.
