Cocoa Locks: Chocolate for Hair Growth?!

Recently, Cocoa Locks reached out to me to see if I wanted to review their products. I'm always honored when a brand shows interested but when I checked out this company, I got EXTRA EXCITED to try their stuff!! Chocolate for hair growth!?!? What!? Are you kidding me!?!?!?!?!?! This is my initial post on Cocoa Locks. Read on for more.

As mentioned, this is an initial post. I can't actually review the products yet since I just received them and especially with vitamins, they need time. But I'm so excited about these I had to to a post now.

Cocoa Locks essentially is a hair growth supplement. It contains many nutrients and vitamins, such as Biotin, Zinc and Selenium to help increase hair growth, help damaged, broken hair and is formulated for fuller and longer hair. What makes it different from other supplements is the form: Hot Chocolate or Milkshake? In my honest opinion, this is such a cool, innovative and uniquely awesome way to take a supplement. They clock in at only 26 calories a serving so if you are watching your weight or trying to lose, they won't ruin your hard efforts either.

I haven't tasted them yet, I will be starting tomorrow BUT I did open a bag of each to smell them and they smell divine. I'm so excited.

I have four months worth of product here. For me, it is important to truly test and try a product out before I reviewing. While individual results do vary, typically it takes a person at least three months to notice or feel effects from a new vitamin added into their regimen, so I want to give these at least that. I also know that hair doesn't usually grow more than an inch per month. There may be few and far between exceptions to this rule, but if it can grow an inch a month, I'll happily take that full inch, please!

I'll be checking in and have a final review after the four months, but here is my hair for Day 1 (really, these were taken a few days ago though)

Note: If you are adding a new supplement or vitamin to your regimen, please always consult with your doctor first and if you ever feel negative side effects, stop taking them immediately.
