Triple Treatment for Great Hair

Last week I did not one or two but three different hair treatments. It was actually super easy and I had incredible results. I also tried out a new conditioner I'm using as a leave in to review soon. Read on for more details and pictures.

I feel like I have to disclaim that I am not saying anyone needs to go and use three hair treatments at once. I just like mixing, matching and experimenting and since it wasn't time consuming or anything I decided to go for it. I usually do #2 and #3 together weekly and this was the first time I added #1 to the mix.

Treatment #1
Before I went to bed the night before wash day I slept with the Tweak-d Restore Ancient Rituals Rejuvenating Oil. I recently reviewed it here and have been hooked. It works and smells so good!

Treatment #2
Once a week I apply the Prose Custom Pre-Shampoo Mask before washing. So once I woke up, I applied it on damp hair I spray down with a water bottle and left it in during my work out. Though I did wet my hair, some of the Tweak-d oil was definitely still hanging out in my hair also. I've been using the Prose Mask every single week since January and that is really keeping my hair healthy as it continues to grow. I can't rave enough about it. Check here for my review of the Prose Custom Hair Care line and if you want to save money on your order shop through this link.

Treatment #3
After cleansing, I used the Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask. I mixed it with the Prose Custom Conditioner for the first time to get the benefits of that also. The Briogeo is my favorite deep treatment. This mask has been incredible.

And here is everything else I used:
  • Cleanser: Prose Custom Shampoo
  • Mask: see above
  • Stylers: Briogeo Nourishing Superfoods Conditioner (as a leave in), Devacurl B'Leave In, Arc Angel Gel, Briogeo Farewell Frizz Oil, Prose Custom Oil

I applied the styling products in smaller sections, pushing them through the lengths and then scrunching. Eventually I may do an updated routine video to show this. I then squeezed out excess moisture with my Aquis Towel and added more gel and Prose Oil on top. Before the towel, I only useed the Briogeo oil. I then air dried completely.

This was my first time trying the new Briogeo Nourishing Superfoods Banana and Coconut Be Gentle, Be Kind Conditioner. I went to the launch party last week and will have a full review of that and the shampoo soon. At first used, I'm super pleased with how rich and moisturizing it feels in my hair!

My hair was soft, shiny and I had better definition than normal. I was pleased. It had less frizz before I went on the beach and got hit by the breeze but I'm not going to not enjoy life because of frizz, that's silly. The sky was so pretty and I loved how the colors on this Lilly Pulitzer dress matched it!
